1. General

C8 Aviation (“C8 Aviation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides aviation parts, components, products, and related services to customers worldwide. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the C8 Aviation website and all purchases, transactions, and services provided by C8 Aviation.

By accessing our website, submitting an order, or purchasing any product or service from C8 Aviation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification.

2. Eligibility and Use of Website

You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts and that all information you provide to C8 Aviation is accurate, current, and complete. Unauthorized use of this website or misuse of its content is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed with C8 Aviation are subject to acceptance and availability. Receipt of an order confirmation, invoice, acknowledgment, or payment request does not constitute acceptance of an order.

C8 Aviation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Accept or reject any order

• Cancel any order prior to shipment or service delivery

• Limit quantities ordered

• Require additional verification or documentation

Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required prior to shipment or service delivery, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Wire transfer

• ACH transfer

• Check

• Credit card (processing fees apply)

• Cryptocurrency (processing and volatility fees apply)

All processing fees, bank fees, wire fees, crypto fees, and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Failure to remit payment in full may result in order cancellation, delay, or additional fees. 

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. C8 Aviation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, government agencies, weather, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon shipment from C8 Aviation’s facility, regardless of shipping method or freight terms.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import/export costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Any claims for shortages, damage, or discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify C8 Aviation within this timeframe constitutes full acceptance of the product.

7. Returns and Refunds – Standard Return Policy (0–30 Days)

Returns are not guaranteed and require prior written authorization from C8 Aviation.

If approved:

• Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of receipt

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original condition

• Original packaging, documentation, certifications, and tags must be included

Approved returns are subject to:

• Minimum 25% restocking fee

• Deduction of all shipping, handling, inspection, and transaction fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

8. Returns After 30 Days – Discretionary Policy

Any return request submitted after 30 days from receipt is accepted solely at the discretion of C8 Aviation.

If C8 Aviation elects to accept such a return:

• No guaranteed refund amount exists

• Refunds are based on the actual resale value, if resale occurs

• Refunds will be issued only after resale, if and when resale occurs

Deductions will include:

• Minimum 35% administrative and restocking fee

• All inspection, testing, marketing, storage, and resale costs

• All shipping and logistics expenses

If the product cannot be resold, no refund will be issued.

9. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, without exception:

• Custom-ordered or special-order parts

• Parts sold “as-is” or “final sale”

• Rotables once installed or tagged

• Electrical, avionics, or time/life-limited parts

• Items lacking original documentation or traceability

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed only after inspection and verification. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing timelines are estimates and may be extended due to inspection, resale, or administrative requirements.

11. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all products are sold with limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship only, for the period specified in the product documentation.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper installation or handling

• Misuse, abuse, or negligence

• Environmental exposure or corrosion

• Installation outside approved aircraft or systems

C8 Aviation’s liability under any warranty is limited, at its option, to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C8 Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, downtime, or aircraft grounding.

C8 Aviation’s total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the C8 Aviation website including text, images, graphics, logos, technical data, and software is the exclusive property of C8 Aviation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

14. Force Majeure

C8 Aviation shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or transportation delays.

15. Modifications to Terms

C8 Aviation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or continued transactions constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which C8 Aviation operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
